How much does long-term car rental for a company cost?

The rate depends on the category. A saloon or an estate is 21 € a day, that is 630 € a month. A crossover is 36 € a day, 1,080 € a month. The top of the price list, a premium SUV, is 83 € a day, or 2,490 € a month; all prices are per car and without VAT.

What is included in the monthly rate?

Full comprehensive insurance and compulsory third-party cover with 0 % excess, civil liability up to 250,000 UAH per person, scheduled servicing, running repairs, replacement of worn parts and seasonal tyre changes. Also a replacement car while yours is in for servicing or repair, roadside assistance 24/7, a personal manager, GPS monitoring and mileage reporting. Separately you pay only for fuel, washing and traffic fines.

Is a deposit required?

We take no deposit on any category of car. And the rate is no higher for it — there is no hidden compensation in the price.

How many kilometres can you drive in a month?

The rate includes 7,500 km a month per car. Need more — take unlimited mileage, it is +10 % on the tariff. Without it, the overrun costs 20 € per 100 km for saloons, estates and crossovers, and 30 € per 100 km for the other categories.

What discount is there if several cars are needed?

From 3 cars we take 5 % off the rate, from 6 cars — 8 %, from 10 — 10 %. The contract is without VAT and the price we name is final; if your accounts need a document with VAT, say so before the calculation and we will recalculate.

Where can you drive, and what about war-risk insurance?

By default the hire territory excludes the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the combat zone, the exclusion zone and the strip closer than 30 km to the front line. Extending the territory is agreed separately, and taking the car abroad is a separate option by prior agreement. War risks are in nobody's standard comprehensive cover on this market: we arrange them as a separate policy on request, to the cover limit you name.

Long-term car rental for business: a fleet with no capital outlay

Long-term hire is when your people drive every day, the company pays a fixed monthly rate and puts no money into buying anything. Rates start at 630 € a month for a saloon and run up to 2,490 € for a premium SUV; comprehensive insurance, third-party cover, servicing, repairs and a replacement car are already inside. We take no deposit, and the contract and certificates are made out to the legal entity.

A fleet with no capital outlay: how it works

You do not buy the cars and you do not put them on your balance sheet. You take as many cars as you need on long-term hire, pay a fixed rate every month and use them exactly as you would your own. The cars stay on our balance sheet — together with the insurance, the servicing, the repairs and everything else that comes with them.

We have been in this market since 2017. The fleet and the workshop are in Lviv, and we deliver cars anywhere in Ukraine. As of today 25 cars are available for delivery — from saloons to premium SUVs. All of them are ours: we are not an aggregator and not a middleman, so when something breaks you do not have to work out who to talk to.

What it costs per month

The rate depends on the category of car. Here is the long-term hire price list in euros, per car, without VAT.

We fix the rate in euros for the whole term of the contract. The hryvnia exchange rate does not touch it. So this figure can go into an annual budget and stay there, instead of being rewritten every quarter.

Volume discount

The bigger the fleet, the cheaper each car. From 3 cars we take off 5 %, from 6 — 8 %, from 10 — 10 %.

About VAT

The contract is without VAT, and the price we name is final — nothing is added on top. Need a document with VAT for your accounts? Say so at the calculation stage and we will recalculate the rate.

What we take on at this rate

The short answer: everything except fuel and washing. Now the detail.

Insurance

Full comprehensive insurance and compulsory third-party cover for the whole term of the hire. Excess 0 %, with no exceptions by class: a premium SUV sits on the same terms as a saloon. Civil liability we cover up to 250,000 UAH per person.

Servicing and repairs

Scheduled servicing, running repairs, replacement of parts that have worn out naturally, seasonal tyre changes. Under the contract that is our problem, not yours. And while a car is in the workshop nobody on your team is left without wheels — they drive a replacement, and that is a direct condition of the rate. Roadside assistance works 24/7.

Administration

A personal manager stays with you for the whole contract. We add GPS monitoring and mileage reporting so you can see how the fleet really works. The contract, the invoices and the certificates are made out to the legal entity, and we accept both prepayment and payment in arrears. If a car stops suiting you, we swap it for a comparable one from the same category and the rate does not change.

Mileage, deposit and what you pay for separately

We take no deposit

No category is treated differently here: your money does not sit frozen for the whole contract. And the rate is no higher for it — there is no compensation hidden inside the price.

Mileage

The rate includes 7,500 km a month per car. If a car runs more than that, take unlimited mileage — it is +10 % on the tariff. If you would rather not, you pay for the overrun: 20 € per 100 km for saloons, estates and crossovers, 30 € per 100 km for the other categories.

What is not included

Fuel, washing and traffic fines stay with you. So that drivers do not spend their time collecting receipts, take fuel cards — a report arrives once a month.

War-risk insurance is not part of standard comprehensive cover anywhere on this market. We arrange it as a separate policy on request — tell us what cover limit you need.

Your own car on the balance sheet or a hired one

A car of your own looks cheaper, as long as you only look at the purchase price. Then everything else begins.

Money

Buying takes the capital out at once and for a long time. Hire spreads the same need across level monthly payments you know in advance, because we have fixed the rate in euros. Your accounts see one plain service with invoices and certificates, not machinery on the balance sheet.

Trouble

Your own car has to be insured, driven in for servicing, kept in parts, reshod for the season and argued about with a workshop. With us all of that is inside the rate. And while a car is being repaired the work does not stop: we give you a replacement.

Flexibility

A company fleet is rarely a constant. The sales team grows — you add a car. A project ends — the car comes back, and you do not have to sell it. Needs change — we swap the car for a comparable one from the same category, and the rate stays where it was. Try doing that with a car already sitting on your balance sheet.

How we sign the contract

First, the calculation

Write to us: how many cars, which categories, for how long. A calculation on request takes one working day — with the volume discount already in it, if there are three cars or more.

Then you choose the cars

You look through the catalogue and tell us what fits. We assign those particular cars to your contract.

Then the paperwork

We prepare the contract, the invoices and the certificates for the legal entity. What is needed from your side is listed on the page about documents for a hire. Copies of the insurance policies and registration documents we provide separately, if your procurement procedure asks for them.

And finally payment and delivery

We work on prepayment and on payment in arrears against certificates — whichever suits your accounts. Then we deliver the cars and assign you a personal manager for the whole term.

Separate terms for diplomatic offices and missions

We have worked with diplomatic offices and international missions since 2017. We do not name clients — that is part of the terms on which they work with us.

Transfers and a personal driver

We drive from any point in Ukraine to European capitals and international airports. There is a personal driver service: punctuality, business dress, discretion about what is said in the car.
